  • Ingredients
    Ingredients: potato flour, corn flour, buckwheat flour, rice four, modified corn flour, sugar, raising agents, salt
  • Baking and Cooking Instructions
    You will need: 1 pack mix, 800 ml milk, 3 eggs, and butter or oil for cooking
    Place mix in bowl.  Add 1/2 of the milk (400 ml) and mix til smooth.  Continue mixing and add the rest of the mix and the eggs.  Very important to do the 1/2 and 1/2 with milk.
    Add a pad of butter to the pan and when the pan is good and hot, pour some mix allowing it to run over the bottom of the pan.(thin layer = not too thick).  Cook both sides golden brown.
