  • Ingredients
    WHEAT Flour, Buckwheat flour, Baking Powder (Raising Agents: Phosphates & Sodium Carbonates, WHEAT starch), Whole Wheat Oat Flour, Iodized Salt.
  • Baking and Cooking Instructions
    Add yourself:
    - 800 ml semi-skimmed milk
    - 3 eggs

    How to prepare pancakes
    1. Put the mix and half of the milk in a mixing bowl.
    2. Mix until smooth with a whisk or mixer.
    3. Add the rest of the milk and the 3 eggs and stir/mix again.
    Mix briefly
    4. Heat the frying pan and add a knob of butter or a little oil.
    5. Pour a thin layer of batter into the frying pan and let it spread over the entire bottom. Flip!
    6. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown over a medium heat.
