  • Ingredients
    WHEAT Flour, Buckwheat flour, Baking Powder (Raising Agents: Phosphates & Sodium Carbonates, WHEAT starch), Whole Wheat Oat Flour, Iodized Salt.
  • Baking and Cooking Instructions
    Place the mixture and half of the milk in a mixing bowl.

    Mix until smooth with a whisk or mixer.

    Add the remaining milk and the 3 eggs and stir/mix again.

    Heat the frying pan and add a knob of butter or a little oil.

    Pour a thin layer of batter into the frying pan, allowing it to spread evenly over the entire bottom.

    Fry the pancakes on both sides over a medium heat until golden brown.
