Detailed Product Information

  • Ingredients
    salt, vegetables (10% garlic, onion, 10% roasted garlic), spices (coriander, 5% pepper, ginger, caraway seed, cumin, chillies, mace), herbs (parsley, bay leaf).
  • Baking and Cooking Instructions
    Peel, halve and cook 1 kg (2.2lbs) potatoes for approx. 15-20 min. Cut 2 red onions into half rings, 250 g mushrooms into wedges and 300 g sausages into pieces. Heat a wok with 2 tbsp (sunflower) oil and stir-fry the red onion, mushrooms and sausages on high heat for approx. 5 min. Add 600 g fresh spinach in parts until it has shrunk. Drain the potatoes, add 150 ml milk and the Verstegen mix and mash into a puree. Add the stir-fry mixture to the puree and mix everything well. Also delicious with a boiled egg instead of sausage.
