  • Ingredients
    Ingredients: spices (21% cumin, 5% paprika, nutmeg, fennel seed, pepper, cloves, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek, allspice, chilies), salt, rice flour, glucose syrup, natural flavorings (contains celery ).
  • Baking and Cooking Instructions
    Directions: (for 4 persons):1 lb chicken (thigh) fillet, pork or lamb (in strips), approx. 1½ tbsp (15 g) Verstegen mix, 2 tbsp (olive) oil, 1 red pepper, 1 white onion.
    Preparation: cut the meat into strips, if necessary. Season the meat with the Verstegen mix and let it soak in for a while. Cut the pepper into strips and the onion into rings. Heat a frying pan or wok with the (olive) oil and add the pepper, onion and meat. Stir-fry everything on high heat for approx. 8-10 minutes until done. Variation tip: serve the shoarma in Turkish bread. Garnish with iceberg lettuce, tomato and cucumber
