I love these soups. And the salt content is not too bad. It is great when you want something to eat, but not a lot. It warms you up in the winter. I love having these on hand. I enjoy most of the flavors they come in.

I love this soup because it really has vegetables in it so it is a little more filling than just plain broth and doesn't taste too salty. Love it in the winter or in cooler weather when I don't want to eat a full meal, just something light.

I love these vegetables soups. They are just the right size, ready in 90 seconds, and they warm you up. The only thing I don't like is that they are slightly salty.
