Was given this as a gift. Made it with bison and one Italian veggie sausage. Outstanding. Will be buying again.

Knowing that people in different areas make chili differently, I decided to try one labeled Ski Country Michigan. That was4 years ago. I continue to buy several mixes each year as I now like it better than TexMex chili. The beans and red wine enhance the beef and seasonings. I do like pickiness so both peppers are used.An addition that we add is to put a few corn chips (we like white corn chips), spoon the chili over it, and top with shredded sharp cheese and diced onions.The onions in particular zip up the chili and the corn chips add a little crunch.
