i lkived thru it , i am 92 was 7 years old , when it started , and will never forget , i brought food that was left on the field on my bike without tires to the people worse off than us , the milk was picked up after milking , the cows still had some milk left , again i got on my bike and delivered to people with babies , it was not much , but it helped , my father was a miller , and always when the mill turned he put some flour away , and that was given to whom ever needed it ; my grandfather hada farm , and the nazi's would inspect how much there was and take , he lost his horses his cows , we were allowed 1 pig , which was , shared , our even on the farnm it was not easy , we had to put a lott of food out we had people in hiding , the coupons wehad for food was on for the fam. every thing from those was shared , what is happening in gaza today is worse than, people just wont learn , it was hard during the war , but it did teach to share what we had , no i will never forget
