This is what they call in The Netherlands "ontbijtkoek". I love it just pure in the morning, but I also use it when I make "zuurvlees". It's a special stew that is eaten together with fries.
I wish I could have ordered more of these, but it was low on stock. It is by far my most favorite ontbijtkoek.
