  • Ingredients
    Ing: WHEAT flour, whey powder (MILK) (vegetarian), buckwheat flour, free-range EGG powder, iodized salt, baking powder (raising agents: (Diphosphates and sodium carbonates, WHEAT starch).

    Contains: Eggs, Gluten, Milk, Wheat
  • Baking and Cooking Instructions
    Ingredients Needed:
    - 700 ml water (approximately 3 cups). Tip: start with slightly less than 3 cups and add more as needed.

    Preparation:
    1. Put the mix and half of the water into a mixing bowl.
    2. Mix into a smooth batter with a whisk or mixer.
    3. Add the rest of the water while stirring.
    Stir briefly.
    4. Heat the frying pan and add butter or some oil.
    5. Pour a thin layer of batter into the frying pan and let it spread over the entire bottom.
    Flip away!
    6. Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
    Done!

So easy and so good. I've made this using water, coconut milk, almond milk. It can make pancakes, but the crepes are so good, they rival restaurants and street vendors. Not too eggy, not a flat pancake, perfect crepes flavor. Just remember to incorporate the liquid a little at a time to avoid lumps or briefly use an immersion blender or hand mixer and a quick time to rest, for best results. I even sent a friend a couple of boxes. Love, love, love this!
